All of our CrossFit classes are led by a head coach and are capped at 10 athletes per coach so each athlete receives the personal instruction they deserve. Classes run for 75 minutes and include a warm up, mobility work, strength or skill training, high-intensity metabolic conditioning, accessory training, daily core strengthening and recovery exercises.
Our group classes are CrossFit by nature but also include extra programming to ensure optimal training, including weakness training through accessory movements and the building of absolute strength. We follow the conjugate method in order to build functional strength while allowing for recovery and minimizing the risk of injury.
Our Barbell Club features small-group weightlifting classes focused on the improvement of the Olympic Lifts – the clean & jerk and the snatch. Barbell Club classes run 90 minutes and feature a warm up, mobility work, a main strength lift, accessory lifts and core strengthening movements.
Barbell Club also features Open Gym memberships for athletes who have been cleared by coaches, exhibit a high level of proficiency in weightlifting and powerlifting moves, and wish to train on their own outside of regular class formats.
Our Endurance Club’s mission is to train optimally to increase capacity in endurance sports (running, biking, swimming, rowing, etc.). We believe that through functional strength and high-intensity intervals, we can provide high-quality training without breaking your body down with endless miles logged each week. If your goal is to build strength and speed for your next big race no matter the distance, this is the program for you.
